Prior to carrying out any demolition works it is vital to consider whether the building contains asbestos – most commonly found in roofs, tiles, garages and ceilings. If this is the case, it is imperative to use a reputable and experienced contractor to ensure the safe removal of the asbestos before demolition commences.
