As part of our full demolition and site clearance range of services we offer the soft strip of building internals.

Essentially, soft strip refers to to the removal of everything which is non-structural, such as carpet tiles, fixtures and fittings, false walls, ceilings, lighting, heating, M&E systems and even the disconnection and removal of utility provisions. The result is an empty shell ready for the next stage of the demolishment/transfer project.

Soft strip is essential prior to either a demolition or major relocation, especially in the case of large office moves. Our experienced soft strip team not only undertake meticulous planning and risk assessments, they also manage the entire process from start to finish to ensure business downtime is minimised.
